I'm a 20 year old Library Technician who works and lives in Ottawa, the capital of Canada.

This journal is mostly going to be a chronicle of my thoughts - whenever I have them! - and of my daily doings that I think might be of interest to others.

Things that take up a large part of my time are of course work, caring for my many pets (1 cat, 1 toad, 1 frog, 2 fish, 2 rats, 7 tarantulas), baking and cooking, and spending time with my few dear friends.

I was raised in the country but now live in the downtown core of the city, and am well adapted to both areas. I don't watch any television (no, not even episodes online), or read newspapers or listen to the radio.

I'm quite convinced a large percentage of my blood is actually diluted coffee.

I love to learn, love to explore, and am always curious.
