Strawberry Rhubarb Tarts

I've been in a real MUST BAKE mood lately, and even though I'd made a dozen cupcakes last Tuesday (oh yeah, uber cupcakes!) I still had the desire to bake something more. A friend of mine had suggested lemon meringue pie, but as I am neither a fan of most lemon flavoured treats, or of meringue, I cast that aside. But, it did plant the seed for thinking about pies and tarts.
